FAMILY-OWNED Summerlin, NV PLUMBING COMPANY

Summerlin is a beautiful place to live and work, and even though most praise its sunny weather, its climate does have a few drawbacks. Plumbing systems across residential and commercial properties in town often suffer from numerous issues such as low water pressure, leaky or burst pipes, damaged pipes, and more.

The exposed elements of the plumbing systems succumb to harmful UV damage that deteriorates their condition, which may result in leaky or burst pipes and cause significant property damage.

During the summer, Summerlin households suffer from dry heat that can also cause the pipes to crack. These issues typically take years to happen, but it’s vital to deal with them when the first signs appear. Some indications are fluctuating water pressure, discolored and smelly water, mold issues, high water bills, watermarks, or dripping noises in the walls.

Another common plumbing issue in the area is clogged gutters. Even though they keep the water from the building foundation, the gutters collect debris such as leaves, grass clippings, twigs, and dirt. That’s why busy Summerlin residents call professionals to clean all plumbing system elements at risk of blockages.

Regardless of the severity of the plumbing issue, the best thing to do is contact professional plumbing service providers ASAP. There’s nothing more precious than keeping a household safe from damage and unnecessary expenses.

Summerlin, NV

The town of Summerlin was developed in 1952 when billionaire Howard Hughes purchased land in the area. He acquired a 25,000-acre parcel to start a business in Nevada due to business-related concerns in his home state of California. But in the end, he didn’t relocate and left all the land to sit for more than 30 years.

It wasn’t until 1988 that plans started emerging for the town of Summerlin. A master-planned community emerged in honor of Hughes’ grandmother, Jean Amelia Summerlin.

Meadows School was the first facility to open in Summerlin in 1988, while the Summerlin Parkway was completed two years later. This is a road that connects US 95 to the town. The Hills Village and Park opened not long after, and the first families moved in in 1991.

Today, the Las Vegas neighborhood has a population of 124,000, and it’s one of the best places to start a family in Nevada. The city was recognized by the National Building Museum in Washington, DC, as a standard-setting community that redefined Las Vegas as a great place to live. It was ranked #1 in new home sales on the national level for seven years in a row—from 1997 to 2003.
